I research the motivations for prosocial behaviour, studying the effects of altruism, reciprocity, and incentives on people’s willingness to be helpful. I do so as an Economics PhD candidate at the University of Queensland.
During my PhD, I have worked as a visiting researcher at the University of Copenhagen (April – June 2024) and the University of California, San Diego (September – May 2025) on a Fulbright scholarship.
Before starting my PhD, I graduated with a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and a Bachelors of Mathematics/Economics from UQ. I received a University Medal for academic excellence and the Microeconomics Honours Prize.
